We do not collect data automatically (analytics or tracking cookies). The website does not use any analytics or marketing tools.

Data collected through the contact form is processed solely for the purpose of responding to the inquiry. The legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — handling correspondence submitted by the user.

Data is retained for the time necessary to handle the inquiry, no longer than 12 months from the last contact. After this period, the data is deleted.

7. Cookies

The website newsciencelab.com does not use analytics, tracking, or marketing cookies. No cookie consent is required. The website uses two external resources: a font loaded from Google Fonts and a Vimeo video player embedded on the HullGen page. The Vimeo player runs in "Do Not Track" mode, in which it sets no analytics or tracking cookies — only cookies strictly necessary for the secure operation of the player. Loading the font and the player requires the browser to connect to Google and Vimeo servers, which receive the user's IP address.

8. Security

The website operates exclusively over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Data submitted through the contact form is delivered directly to the controller's protected email inbox.
